Our refunds policy does not affect your statutory rights

As all our goods are made to order, we cannot give refunds for items that are purchased incorrectly.

If you are returning an item because of an error on our part or because it is damaged or defective, we will be happy to refund or replace the item.

If a parcel is returned to us because there was no one in to receive the parcel and you did not collect it from the depot or phone them to rearrange the delivery we will not pay the postage to send it a second time.

Wedding booking fees are non refundable as outlined in your booking contract
